Definition of Success
Rasul Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wasallam) said: “He is successful who has accepted Islam, who has been provided with sufficient for his wants and been made contented by Allah with what He has given him.” [Muslim]
Nowadays when people say, ‘So and so is very successful’ what they mean is, ‘He/she is making a lot of money.’ In the above mentioned hadith Allah (subhana wa ta’ala) explains who qualifies to be called successful. It’s not having Car X, House in W and Job Z but:
1. Islam.
2. Needs fulfilled.
3. Possession of a thankful heart.

Quote
Beware of every hour and how it passes, and only spend it in the best possible way, do not neglect yourself, but render it accustomed to the noblest and best of actions, and send to your grave that which will please you when you arrive to it.

The Echo of Life!!
The Echo of Life
A man and his son were walking in the forest. Suddenly the boy
trips and feeling a sharp pain, he screams, "AHHHH."
Surprised, he hears a voice coming from the mountain,
“AHHHH!”
Filled with curiosity, he screams: "Who are you?", but the only
answer he receives is: "Who are you?"
This makes him angry, so he screams: “You are a coward!” and
the voice answers: “You are a coward!"
He looks at his father, asking, "Dad what is going on?"
"Son", the man replies, "Pay attention!" Then he screams, "I
admire you!" The voice answers: "I admire you!"
The father shouts, "You are wonderful!", and the voice answers,
"You are wonderful!"
The boy is surprised, but still can't understand what is going on.
The father explains, "People call this an 'ECHO', but truly it is
'LIFE!' Life always gives you back what you give out! Life is a
mirror of your actions. If you want more love, give more love. If
you want more kindness, give more kindness. If you want
understanding and respect, give understanding and respect. If you
want people to be patient and respectful to you, give patience and
respect!
This rule of Allaah (SWT) applies to every aspect of our lives."

Life always gives you back what you give out.
Your life is not coincidence; but a mirror of your own doings.

Be choosy
Rasul Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said: “A man follows his friend’s religion. So each one should consider whom he makes his friend.” [Mishkat Al-Masabih]
There is a principle according to which you are said to become like the people with whom you associate. Make friends but be very choosy about whom you befriend. Slowly and gradually the way you talk, what you talk about, the way you dress, the way you behave, what you eat, how you spend your time, all ends up becoming like that of the company you keep. Keep in mind that on the Day of Judgement you will be raised with those whom you loved. May it never happen that we are grouped with those people who are to be thrown into the Fire
